Is it really 50 to 50?

Yes. And the wheel has no memory: after five noes, the chance of a yes is still one half.

The wheel is on screen in front of everyone, keeps a history of the answers, and does not roll under the sofa.

Can several questions go one after another?

Yes, as long as removal is off. Each question is asked afresh.

The two segments take exactly half the circle each. A third “maybe” segment makes the odds one third apiece.

With removal left on, the wheel is empty after two spins.
Other pairs work the same: now or later, me or you, in or out — enter the pair you want and click Save.
Three “yes” segments against one “no” give 75 to 25, if the lean is on purpose.

Tick remove the pick if you would rather what came up did not repeat.
Set stop after N spins to limit the automatic run.
